Hello friends,

What a beautiful summer it's been and we have moved into the harvest time of the year.  I am hoping to share my gifts more widely. 

I would like to offer my abilities as an intuitive.  I do readings with two decks of cards, Medicine cards and Crone cards. 

The fifty-two Medicine cards explore what we can learn from certain animals.  The fifty-two Crone cards explore women's wisdom such as love, joy, acceptance, and play.  Both involve the four directions on the earth and the elements of air, water, fire, and earth.

First I ask a question, asking great spirit to bring the answers I need.  I hold that connection with great spirit throughout the process.  My favourite questions are "What do i need?" and "What do i have to give?"  

I hold the cards up to my heart and feel the energy coming through them.  Some cards have more flow-through or a round, whole feeling about them.  The energy coming through other cards feels flat or obstructed.  I also choose the cards with the most "pull".  The energy from each card changes from reading to reading.  Great spirit offers the learning needed at any given time.

Following the Medicine Cards book, I lay out the cards using either the Moon Lodge for centering or the Medicine Wheel which offers spiritual medicine.  There are other interesting layouts I sometimes use.  With the Crone cards I pick up to ten cards to meditate upon.  Any number is okay depending on your available time and focus.


Today I found i was able to give Earth and Love, and wow, I could feel every step on the ground as i walked barefoot, loved the warm air, and love flowed through me all day.  These things are possible.  It helps to have a voice of hope.  And I am learning and becoming stronger every day.

I believe, through my felt knowing of people and my trust in great spirit's help, i can do these readings for other people. 

Readings are completely confidential.  I will share with no one.  If you would prefer to keep your question to yourself, I trust that great spirit can provide the answers you need.  This is not fantasy.  Your intent of wanting an answer plus my intent of receiving one can bring the energy through the cards.  The transformation in your life itself is the real reward.  I am happy to share whatever knowledge i have on an ongoing basis.


Even my modest desires cost some money, like my desire to travel here and there.  So a reading costs $20 and i will put an hour of my time into it. 

I believe our souls present experiences to us for our learning and I believe we can have direct communication with our souls.  Card readings are a stepping stone to exploring human nature, this earth, and universal truths.  The flight from a reading is much greater than the reading itself as you integrate the information into the many aspects of your daily life. 

This practice has brought me into greater relationship with the earth and the animals and people around me.  I am finding greater spiritual awareness deeply satisfying.  Give it a try!

Today at 7pm we enter the revelation time of the year. This is the time of flowers blooming, with the height during the summer solstice. I want to be and feel whole on the earth.

Spending lots of time in the bush lately. The frozen flooded areas increase the walkable area by about another third. I lost my glasses with Nate last week. Mike had to go back and find them for me. After i took this photo with my glasses laying on the ground, i just walked away from them! Bittersweet when i get to forgetting them but still need them for driving.

Being more spare and my husbands outdoor skills help me in the winter.

I have received many words of encouragement and dreams for my understanding from spirit.  The wild places hold this magic, spiritual energy for me. 

I remember picking choke cherries to make wine at Morninglory commune, how much i felt myself in that place, how beautiful the land.  I am recreating that feeling these days. 

I am comfortable in the forest, knowing what to expect and watch for.  I have freedom to release my prayers. 

I was fully content after the big snowfall walking in the forest. It was gorgeous.  Yesterday i listened to Loreena McKennitts drive the cold winter away.  The music is spare, like winter, echoing, hollow.  Her voice is stunning.  Every day i am bouyed by fresh air.
